Academic Excellence
Special care is taken for academic excellence of the students. In primary classes play-way method of teaching is followed. Science is being taught with demonstration from Std. II and science practical classes are held from Std. VII to Std. X. Computer learning is provided compulsorily for the students from L.K.G. to Std. X. Supervised study under qualified teachers are conducted for all, particularly for the slow learners. In order to ensure effective teaching orientation workshops for teachers are conducted regularly and also inspection of classes are conducted twice a year by a team of inspectors including the Secretary. Facility for using a rich library equipped with subject books of different publications, story books of moral values and various types of magazines and journals are provided to the students.

PAYMENT OF FEES
Fees are to be deposited on monthly basis (same month). A fine of Rs. 50/- only will be charge after the end of every month. Fee will be deposited in the school counter on all working days between 8.00 a.m. and 12.00 noon. Every student will be provided with a fee book. This book must be produced at the time of depositing fee. Any child who has any outstanding dues at the time of examination/test will not be allowed to appear for the examination. Fee once paid will not be refunded. After 90 days of non- payment of fees name of the student will be struck of the rolls. Re-admission may be allowed with a fine of 500/- only (with the discretion of management )

WITHDRAWALS
The intended withdrawal of a pupil should be informed to the Principal one month in advance. If a child has not attended the school for 30 consecutive days without information to the principal, it will be presumed that the student has left the school and his/her name will be struck off the rolls.

TRANSFER CERTIFICATE
Transfer certificate will be issued from the office of the principal on payment of a fee of Rs. 250/- only. An application for the same must be submitted to the office at least a week in advance. No certificate is possible on the day of application itself. All certificates, testimonials etc. will be issued only on production of no dues slip from the account office of the school.

ATTENDANCE & LEAVE RULES
Attendance (Desirable 90%)
Minimum 75%.
Leave
Prior sanction of leave of absence, application on prescribed format through the class teacher is mandatory.
Name will stand struck off, if a student remains absent for a week without prior sanction.
Medical leave will be granted on production of medical certificate and fitness certificate.
No petty / short leave will be granted without sanction of leave.
On medical ground students are allowed to go home with their parents

Co-curricular Activities
In order to create interest in various subjects and to bring about all-round development of the students regular inter-class competitions on debate, quiz, music and games are held. Students are sent to participate in various inter-school events to provide them a wider exposure. Various auspicious days of religious and National importance, such as, National Youth Day, Republic Day, Netaji Subhash Ch.Bose’s Birthday, Iswar Chandra Vidyasagar’s Birthday, Independence Day, Teachers’ Day, Children’s Day, Jharkhand Foundation Day, Saraswati Puja etc. are observed with due solemnity.

Admission
Students are ordinarily admitted in the month of January and the session will commence in the first week of March. During admission, admission test will be taken as per the guidelines provided by the Education Department, Govt. of Jharkhand. If the number of candidates is more than the vacant seats then candidates will be chosen by draw of lottery. Candidates residing in the areas located in the radius of 1 Km of the School will be taken in the draw. If the number of candidates is not sufficient from the applicants of the marked feeding areas then the candidates of the nearest areas may be considered. Prospectus and Forms for admission is issued from the month of January.

Behavioral Training
Education does not mean mere learning and acquiring of knowledge in certain subjects, but also aims at inculcating a sense of civility in the behavior of the students from the very impressionable age. In order to fulfil this object of education behavioral performance has been included as a compulsory subject which is included in the aggregate marks. Every student must pass in the subject securing 40% marks for promotion to the next higher class. This subject includes regularity and punctuality, tidiness and personal appearance, care of belongings, discipline and participation in school activities
